The key aspects of a short film:

• A few locations, which are significant within the film.
• The cycle of the short film consists of sub sections: Introduction, problem, doubt/conflict, failure, heightened resolve, final confrontation and then resolution.
• Mut include few locations, however each location is significant.
• Fewer characters (mainly 2-4)
• Shorter running time (5-30 minutes)
• No subplots, just one plot throughout the short film.
